Salary Range: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain the Minnesota Life Insurance License.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or financial advisory services is an asset.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer-Focused: Ability to understand and prioritize client needs.

Adaptability: Capable of thriving in both in-office and remote work environments.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in assessing financial information and providing suitable advice.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients to understand their financial goals and needs.

Personalized Recommendations: Provide customized solutions for investment and financial planning that align with each client's objectives.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed set sales goals, driving growth for both the client and District 54 Insurance.

Relationship Management: Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest financial products and services offered by District 54 Insurance.

Educational Sessions: Conduct workshops and informational sessions to educate clients on various financial solutions.
