Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active MN Life and Health License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in financial services, insurance sales, or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Customer Focus: Passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations and building long-term relationships.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work setting, maintaining productivity and teamwork.

Team Spirit: Ability to collaborate with colleagues, contribute positively to team dynamics, and support team goals.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with financial software, CRM tools, and other technology platforms.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Build relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide personalized guidance. Inbound Inquiries: Handle incoming inquiries, address client questions, and offer suitable financial solutions. Financial Planning: Develop customized financial plans based on client goals and financial situations.Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios with additional financial services. Client Retention: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing trust and satisfaction. Industry Awareness: Stay informed about financial industry trends and regulations to provide knowledgeable advice.
