Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Washington State Property & Casualty Insurance License is required; Life & Health License is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in an insurance agency or similar role is required, preferably with personal lines coverage.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency with insurance management systems and standard office software.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work in-office at our Centralia, WA location Mon-Thurs
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with policy servicing needs, including billing questions, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
  • Provide insurance quotes and identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional coverage.
  • Support clients during the claims process, ensuring accurate information is collected and follow-up is completed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system to ensure compliance and organization.
  • Conduct proactive renewal reviews with clients to maintain high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the agency team with administrative tasks, lead follow-up, and appointment coordination.
  • Ensure all work complies with Washington state insurance regulations and maintain active licensing and continuing education.
