Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for automobiles and automotive technology.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.

Greet customers warmly upon arrival and guide them through the vehicle selection process.

Provide detailed product information and demonstrations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.

Assist customers in understanding financing and leasing options in a clear and transparent manner.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.

Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they are clean, fully functional, and ready for the customer.

Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds with customers upon delivery, explaining all features and operating systems.

Build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable ownership experience from day one.
