Good understanding of inventory management and vehicle merchandising.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency in dealership management software (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, DealerTrack).

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Oversee the daily operations of the vehicle lot, ensuring a clean, organized, and appealing presentation.

Manage and train the sales team, providing guidance and setting performance goals.

Develop and implement strategies for effective vehicle merchandising and inventory turnover.

Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all customers visiting the dealership.

Monitor and maintain the appearance and readiness of all vehicles on the lot.

Collaborate with the service department to ensure vehicles are prepped and ready for sale.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer interactions.
