Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Handle general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and report generation
  • Communicate and help with applicants for field positions
  • Support other staff members with administrative tasks as required
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized
