Salary Range: $17.00 per hour

Requirements
Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the health, wellness, or fitness industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A genuine passion for health, wellness, and cryotherapy.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple guest interactions effectively.
Comfortable with in-person guest consultations and community engagement.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential guests in our Chicago location, providing detailed information about iCRYO's wellness services and benefits.
Conduct personalized consultations to understand guest needs and recommend the most suitable wellness solutions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for iCRYO services and memberships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
Participate in local community events and outreach activities to promote iCRYO's brand and services.
Educate guests on the science and advantages of cryotherapy and other wellness treatments.
Collaborate with leadership to identify new sales opportunities and marketing initiatives.
