• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Health Sciences or related field is advantageous.
• Experience: Previous experience in health and wellness, retail sales, or customer service is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

• Must be able to complete ongoing and continued education. Ability to comprehend and pass a number of iCRYO designed service exams following initial training.
• Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.
• Maintain professional appearance and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of Sales Experience in retail

• Client Education: Stay informed about the latest health and wellness trends to educate clients effectively.
• Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming environment in accordance with iCRYO standards.
