Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in both English and Chinese.
  • Answer customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product and service-related questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records in a secure database.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Assist agent/producers with generating new sales leads, quoting and closing process.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
