With three distinct paths to success—building, buying, or shadowing—we provide the resources and flexibility to help you take the next step in your career. Candidates will receive comprehensive training, including insurance knowledge and agency operations, and be supported in obtaining their L&H and P&C licenses.
Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements
Pass a background check
Suitable money management skills

Self-motivated and proactive in learning and development
Must obtain L&H and P&C licenses (we provide training and support)
Willingness to complete provided training on insurance knowledge and agency functions
Previous sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Build and manage your own book of business and oversee the agency’s daily operations
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics to grow your business
Develop relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions
Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and products
Manage administrative tasks related to running your business, including client communication, policy updates, and claims handling
Collaborate with Farmers Insurance to access resources, tools, and ongoing training
Create and implement marketing strategies to promote your agency and expand your client base
