• Must be a high school graduate
• Have reliable transportation to arrive at work on time. Punctuality is critical in retail.
• Have an active interest in health and fitness and be committed to continuous learning.
• Be available for at least one shift on a weekend.

• As a health supplement store knowledge is power. One can not become a good sales associate without developing good product knowledge. While we provide training but the education is a continuous practice we expect you to continue after training.
• Understand the needs of the guest, and the ability to educate guests on products suitable for their goals in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
• Meet or exceed minimum productivity requirements set by the company including sales goals.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Maintain an environment of trust, and communicate efficiently with managers and peers.
• Maintain a clean environment, and uphold company standards.
