Job Overview

As an Insurance Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for driving business growth and providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary role will involve generating and managing new business leads, developing insurance quotes, delivering presentations, and closing sales. You will also be tasked with handling all service and sales requests, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with clients, manage insurance policies, and play a vital role in the retention of customers. A proactive, positive attitude is essential as you will be expected to multitask effectively, follow up on leads, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.

Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads for new business through various methods, including phone, networking, and other sources.
  • Develop and present tailored insurance quotes to prospective clients.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle incoming service and sales requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage insurance policy sales, service, and retention, ensuring satisfaction at all stages.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet company objectives and foster a positive work environment.
