This is not your typical telemarketing role. While the position involves outbound and inbound calling, it plays a vital role in driving our agency’s success by connecting qualified prospects with our Sales Producers.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Comfortable with outbound calling + inbound lead handling
Strong, confident phone communication skills
Goal-driven, reliable, and consistent
Organized and able to manage leads in a CRM

Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and cold lead
- Work through and re-engage leads in our existing pipeline/CRM
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and inquiries
- Qualify prospects and live-transfer interested clients to Sales Producers
- Maintain accurate records and activity in our CRM system
- Follow up consistently to maximize opportunities
- Play a key role in Sales Dept
