Our expanding Farmers Insurance agency is seeking a motivated Sales Team Member to join our team. By following our proven systems, a sales agent should make 70k plus in their first year. And the best part? We provide the leads. No cold-calling a phone book - you'll have warm opportunities ready to go. We'll even help you get licensed if you're not already.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- Build relationships and follow up like a pro
- Handle warm, company-provided leads - no need to build a book from scratch
- Stay sharp on product options and industry trends (we've got training for that)
- Hit your sales goals and cash in on commissions
