Compensation & Perks:

-$2,500/month base salary

What You Need:

-Oregon Property & Casualty License (required or willing to obtain well help the right person get licensed!)

-Sales experience preferred no insurance experience required (we provide training and mentorship!)

-Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

-Self-motivation and a desire to grow a career with purpose

What Youll Do:

-Build lasting relationships with clients and match them with the best coverage for Personal and Commercial Lines

-Educate clients and help them understand their policies and coverage needs

-Generate and follow up on leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries

-Help clients with policy changes, quotes, renewals, and claims support

-Meet sales goals and earn generous commissions and bonuses
