No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem!

If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. Entry-level applicants will begin with a base salary and can earn commission during their first year.

Requirements

  • Prior Sales Experience.

  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
