At Younger Insurance Agency, we’re building something bigger than just an insurance book. We’ve been voted Best of the Best in the Tristate, and we’re just getting started. Our commercial department is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated Commercial Lines Producer who wants to be part of that momentum. We are looking for someone that is actively licensed, and is comfortable developing their own leads and effectively working through provided leads from active referral partners.
This role comes with competitive commissions on both new and renewal business, a strong base/guarantee to get off the ground and running, and a clear path to build a strong, stable book. We believe in rewarding producers who do the work, care about clients, and contribute to the bigger picture.
We’re based in Hagerstown, MD, and while we’re rooted in the local community, we offer hybrid remote flexibility for this role. As a Producer your job will take you around the area, while giving you the comfort of having an office near by.
As a Producer, your focus will be on Commercial Property & Casualty, though you’ll also have the opportunity to write personal lines as needed.
Your job is to help business owners protect what they’ve built—by listening well, asking smart questions, and guiding them to coverage that fits.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
