• NC Property & Casualty Licensed Preferred, if not licensed we provide licensing options.
• Sales or Service experience is a plus.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent Communication/Interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish beneficial, but not required

• Meet performance goals as established.
• Solicits warm leads for new business.
• Develop insurance quotes and finalize policies.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Make changes to policies and advise on coverages
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
