Our company is looking for a CSSR (Customer Service/Sales Representative) to help manage and service our existing clients and help provide sales support to prospective customers. We are looking to train the right individuals to fit into our company. Our Reps will be responsible to provide exceptional service. Insurance industry experience is not required but would be a greater benefit. All applicants must complete an online assessment upon applying for this position to be further considered.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses within 30-60 days of hiring.  
• Must be a Team player.

• Professional phone, email and texting etiquette.
• Bilingual, Spanish/English/Mandarin Preferred but not required.

• Handle all incoming calls from customers
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests
• Document each customer contact in our APEX System
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Assist our Team in collecting documents needed to be signed.
• Call customers for reminders on payments.
• Call leads and assist in setting up appointments for our Agency.
• Other duties as assigned
