• Must have a quiet home office setup with reliable internet and a headset
• Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice, Spanish speaking a plus (but not required)
• Friendly, confident, and professional phone demeanor
• Comfortable following a script and handling objections
• Able to meet daily and weekly call and appointment goals
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required)

• Call warm leads and introduce our insurance services
• Call potential referral partners and explain how we can work together
• Set appointments for licensed agents; you don't have to sell policies!
• Follow scripts, track conversations, and keep accurate notes in our CRM
• Deliver a professional, friendly, and confident phone presence
• Follow up via phone, text, and/or email as needed
