You will be responsible for receiving and placing phones calls, assisting our valued customers and working with staff.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
No insurance experience required but desirable

Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly.
Receive and place phone calls
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Take premium payments from customers.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and forms - places orders weekly.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Handle customer renewals.
