Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Exceptional customer service abilities: written, verbal, listening and closing skills
  • A coachable mindset to continuously learn and improve.
  • A proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Sales experience or a client-facing background, is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide exceptional service to clients.
  • Motivation and determination to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Self-starter with a can-do, must-do, and will-do attitude.
  • An active state insurance license.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license required after 60 days of hire.
  • A Life & Health Insurance license required after 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
