Requirements

What Were Looking For:

  • Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. A Life & Health License is a strong plus.
  • Proven outside-sales experience (insurance sales preferred, but strong retail or B2B sales experience counts too).
  • Exceptional communication skills - bilingual/multilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and match them to appropriate insurance solutions.
  • Service-oriented attitude: you must enjoy helping people, solving problems, and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Rhome (office base) and getting out into the community (events, networking, prospecting).

Responsibilities

What Youll Do:

  • Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with clients by delivering personalized service and expert guidance.
  • Perform detailed needs-analyses to recommend the right insurance products for each clients unique situation (personal, commercial, etc.).
  • Actively engage in outside sales: networking, attending local events, and sourcing new business opportunities in the community.
  • Use strong negotiation and sales skills to close deals and ensure clients are delighted with their coverage.
  • Provide ongoing service to your clients: handle inquiries, policy updates, claims follow-up, and client reviews.
  • Collaborate with the agency marketing team to drive new business and support initiatives that grow the book.
  • Keep thorough records of client interactions, policy details, and pipeline activity; stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
