• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to personal lines clients
• Handle policy changes, billing questions, and document processing

• Maintain detailed records and follow up on service requests

• Document all client interactions
