P&C Licensing obtained on the clock in weeks 1+2

Passing the State Property & Casualty Insurance Exam required in month 1 to remain employed.

Base Salary 35,000 with commission - Office Commissions currently range from 500.00-2,500.00 per month depending on sales

10 days PTO in year one with 7 additional paid holidays

No Major Medical offered currently

Willingness to obtain Life & Health Insurance License in year 1

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Focused: A genuine desire to meet and surpass client expectations.

Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive working environment.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-related tools.


Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.

Policy Customization: Design and suggest insurance plans that match the unique needs of each client.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting State Farm insurance products.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.

Community Engagement: Participate in local events and initiatives to promote the agency and build connections within the community.
