P&C Licensing obtained on the clock in weeks 1+2
Passing the State Property&Casualty Insurance Exam required in month 1 to remain employed.
Base Salary 35,000 with commission - Office Commissions currently range from 500.00-2,500.00 per month depending on sales
10 days PTO in year one with 7 additional paid holidays
No Major Medical offered currently
Willingness to obtain Life&Health Insurance License in year 1
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Licensing: Must have an active Ohio Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred.

Appointments: In-office policy review appointments with customers

Client Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored advice.
Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase policies sold and achieve monthly targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the benefits, coverage, and exclusions of all State Farm insurance products.
Administrative Support: Assist with policy renewals, claim processes, and other client services.
Community Involvement: Participate in local events to promote State Farm services and community awareness.
