Compensation & Benefits

• Target Cash Compensation (Includes Base + Commission + Bonus): $60,000-$81,000+
• Base Salary: $40,000-$45,000
• Commission + Bonus: $1,000-$3,000 (Based on performance)

Management Growth Track

• Active Property & Casualty License Required.
• Previous Allstate Experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of Property/Casualty sales experience

• LSPs are expected to write 25-40 items per month
