P&C Insurance Service & Retention Manager - Fully Remote


Job Overview

Looking for an experienced P&C Service & Retention Manager that has managed a remote service team.

The ideal candidate is someone that currently works at Allstate and is familar to all the systems and processes. The candidate should also have experience in managing service staff and leading retention activities (eg, insurance reviews, cross-sell campaigns)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Max Compensation Band: $70,000-$75,000 if you hit the high end of performance targets
  • Base Salary: $52,000-$55,000 (based on experience)
  • Comissions + Performance Bonus: $1,500+ per month (based on performance)
  • 401k Retirement Plan: Yes
  • Paid Vaction and Holidays: Yes

Hours

  • Mon to Fri, 9-5pm EST

Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License Required.
  • Previous Large Carrier experience (eg Allstate) preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Service Manager experience
Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing a staff of 1-2 other service staff.
  • You will be resposible for hitting monthly service goals (e.g., bundling rates and retention goals)
  • You will ensure accountability across all service requests (eg calls, emails), and be responsible for training and development of new service staff, conduct insurance reviews, and write business as needed.
