Looking for an experienced P&C Sales Manager that has managed a remote sales team.

The ideal candidate has worked at a large insurance carrier (eg Allstate, State Farm), and is very well versed in how to manage marketing spend and drive results from individual LSP

Compensation & Benefits

• Max Compensation Band: $86,000-$94,000 if you hit the high end of performance targets
• Base Salary: $50,000-$58,000 (based on experience)
• Performance Bonus: $2,000-$3,000 per month
• 401k Retirement Plan + Company Match : Yes

• Mon to Fri, 9-5pm EST

Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year

• Active Property & Casualty License Required.
• Previous Large Carrier experience (eg Allstate) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Sales Manager experience

• You will be responsible for managing a staff of 3 other remote insurance producer.
• You will be resposible for hitting monthly sales goals for the overall agency.
• You will manage marketing spend, ensure accountability across all LSPs, training and development of LSPs, hit VC goals, and write business as needed.
