Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

P&C license preferred. Willing to train. Must obtain within 90 days of hire. Licensing assistance available.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Prior experience in customer service in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle and resolve customer issues effectively.

Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to exceeding customer expectations and providing exceptional service.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with attention to detail.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using standard office software and familiarity with CRM systems.

Team Collaboration: Capable of working collaboratively in a team-centric environment.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining exceptional service standards.

Information Provision: Educate clients on products, policies, and procedures to facilitate informed decisions.

System Updates: Enter and update customer information in the company's database accurately.

Feedback Gathering: Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to management for service improvement.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent service and support initiatives aimed at customer satisfaction.
