Base Salary based on Experience 

• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
• Insurance background is helpful but not a requirement.
• Must be able to obtain Missouri Property & Casualty license.

• Develop insurance quotes, create solutions for our clients, quoting and issuing new business to policy changes and renewals.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Prospecting and generating new business through internal leads & referral sources.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
