We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will focus on outbound calling to connect with provided leads, introduce our products/services, and qualify prospects for our sales team. Your goal is to build relationships, generate interest, and set appointments to support our business growth.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• No – We provide an insurance industry competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities.

Will I have to purchase my own leads?

• No! We have no shortage of leads that are provided for our salespeople.

Should I apply if I don’t currently have an insurance license?

• Yes, you should still apply as we will help assist you with the licensing process. We do require an active P&C and L&H license for this position. You need to able to obtain within a specified timeframe. 

Make outbound calls to provided leads to qualify potential clients.

Introduce products/services and identify customer needs.

Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.

Record call outcomes and maintain accurate CRM data.
