• How do I earn money while I'm getting licensed?

Licensing typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, and we cover 100% of the cost. Most new hires complete it while finishing out their current job, so you start selling and earning from your first week on the floor. We'll map out the timeline with you in the interview so there are no surprises.

• Will I have to buy my own leads or cold call friends and family?

No. The agency provides all leads: inbound calls, live transfers, and digital leads. You will never be asked to pressure your personal network.

• Is prior insurance experience required?

No. We pay 100% of your licensing costs and train you on products and sales before you ever speak with a client. What matters is your attitude, coachability, and drive.

• Do I earn money on policies after the first year?

Yes. You earn renewal commissions on every policy in your book each time it renews. The longer you're here and the more you write, the more your renewal income compounds.

• What does the training look like?

Hands-on product training, sales coaching built on a proven framework, and real-time feedback from experienced producers and leadership. Coaching continues throughout your career here, not just during onboarding.

• Is this remote?

Yes. Work from anywhere in Minnesota, fully remote or hybrid. In-office seats are also available at our Owatonna location. Either way, you get a CRM, leads, training, and a team behind you from day one.

• What does a typical day look like?

 Morning team huddle to review goals and get locked in. Then you work leads: inbound calls, follow-ups, quoting, closing. Coaching check-ins through the week and access to leadership whenever you need it. The pace is fast and every day you're building your book and your income.

• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each client's situation and recommend the right coverage
• Quote and close home, auto, life, and small business insurance
• Cross-sell and round accounts to maximize protection and client retention
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage a follow-up pipeline
• Meet daily activity expectations including calls, quotes, conversations, and closes
• Participate in team huddles, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
