What You’ll Be Doing:

Talking with potential customers and helping them find the right coverage

Learning how to quote, present, and close deals (we’ll train you step-by-step)

Following up with leads and building relationships

Mentorship with established agent

Training software

• A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Strong communication skills (you don’t have to be perfect, just willing to talk to people).
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Comfortable making calls and having conversations.
• Sales experience is a plus, but NOT required.
