Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

This position requires the following:

• 3–5 years of Personal Lines account management experience preferred
• Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, on-site environment
• Exceptional customer service mindset and skills
• High school diploma, prefer a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Responsibilities include:

• Service and support a Personal Lines book of business
• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client inquiries
• Work with multiple carriers to market and place coverage
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive account management
