Western Dakota Insurors is seeking a licensed Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team at our downtown Rapid City office.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of Commercial Lines experience and familiarity working with multiple insurance carriers. This role is perfect for someone who values strong client relationships, attention to detail, and being part of a collaborative, family-owned agency.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

This position requires the following:

• Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• 3–5 years of Commercial Lines account management experience preferred
• Experience working with multiple carriers
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Exceptional Customer Service mindset and skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a professional, client-focused approach
• High school diploma, college degree preferred

Responsibilities include:

• Service and support a Commercial Lines book of business
• Work directly with producers, carriers, and clients
• Assist with claims, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving support
