Western Dakota Insurors looking for a Personal lines Account Assistant/CSR. This is the perfect position to break into the insurance industry. The candidate we are looking for should be motivated, have great communication skills and be ready to learn and grow. We prefer that you have experience in the insurance industry, but it is not required. We will require that you have or be willing to obtain your Property and Casualty License in South Dakota. We provide training and pay for the test. This is an ON-SITE position Monday-Friday.

 

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license
• High School Diploma required.
• Post-secondary degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Professional office and phone etiquette

• Assist Account Managers and Agents to provide service to their clients.
• Maintain contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
• Communication with underwriters to ensure that they have the best information to make appropriate decisions for our clients.
• Complete policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.,
