We are currently looking for someone to fill our open Life Health department Account Manager position in Rapid City, SD. The candidate we are looking for should be well-versed in Life and Health Insurance, meaning they should have in-depth experience working with Life and Health insurance products. They should also have their Accident & Health or Sickness and Life Insurance license. • Currently possess Accident & Health or Sickness and Life Insurance License
• 5 years experience in insurance customer service
• Post-secondary degree is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills (time management, ability to pay close attention to detail, etc.)
• Outgoing, upbeat attitude and great communication skills
• Professional office and phone etiquette

• Managing a book of business
• Maintaining direct contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
• Maintaining communication with insurance carriers
• Handling policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, etc,
