We are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding customer service team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time entry level commercial lines position. Our Customer Service Rep, Account Assistant, will be responsible for processing policy change requests, maintaining accurate data base information, billing and learning rating systems.

We prefer experience in the insurance industry, but it is not required.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

• Must be willing to obtain property and casualty license
• Post-secondary degree is preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outgoing, upbeat attitude and great communication skills
• Professional office and phone etiquette

• Assisting Account Managers and Agents to service their book of business
• Maintaining direct contact with clients, to ensure they receive the best service
• Maintaining communication with underwriters
• Marketing of agency client to insurance companies
• Handling all policy changes, proposals, quote reviews, rating duties, etc.,
