Licensing: Active South Dakota Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management.

Customer Focus: Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships.

Knowledge: Proficient in insurance products, coverages, and industry regulations.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Client Servicing: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Policy Management: Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and other servicing tasks efficiently and accurately.

New Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities for growth within the commercial lines market segment.

Risk Assessment: Analyze risks associated with commercial accounts, recommend appropriate coverages, and provide risk management advice to clients.

Account Retention: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
