As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving new business, developing relationships, and providing exceptional service to both existing clients and new customers. Your base salary will be determined by experience, with commission and bonus opportunities to significantly increase your earnings.

Requirements
- Property and Casualty License required
- Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is essential
- Ability to persevere through challenges and demonstrate a strong self-starting attitude
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to consult with clients on coverage options
- Strong follow-up skills and commitment to meeting production goals
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives set by the agency
- Build and maintain networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, auto dealers, and other referral partners
- Provide expert consultation to clients on appropriate coverage, underwriting, and rating for new accounts
- Carry out marketing strategies designed by the agency to grow your book of business
- Develop client relationships from cold leads, showing initiative and urgency
- Ensure diligence with follow-ups and meet minimum monthly sales production targets
