We are an established, growing commercial P&C insurance brokerage specializing in contractors, small businesses, and bilingual (English/Spanish) clients. We are looking for a dedicated insurance-experienced marketing freelancer to manage our social media presence and marketing content.
This role is ideal for someone who already understands insurance and can create compliant, educational, and engaging content—without needing to be trained on the basics.
Salary Range: $250.00 - $500.00 per month
Monthly Base Salary Based on Experience

Requirements (Very Important):
Direct experience in the insurance industry (P&C required)
Familiarity with commercial insurance (contractors preferred)
Understanding of insurance compliance and marketing regulations
Strong writing skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta, etc.)
Applicants without insurance experience will not be considered.
Responsibilities:
Manage and create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business
Create educational insurance posts (contractor insurance, general liability, work comp, bonds, COIs, renewals, audits, etc.)
Write compliant marketing content (no misleading coverage promises)
Develop a monthly content calendar
Create occasional bilingual (English/Spanish) posts (preferred)
Support review generation, brand awareness, and referral messaging
Coordinate with our internal team for promotions and announcements
