We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will develop insurance quotes, close sales, and provide exceptional service to our clients. Whether you are new to the industry or have some experience, we offer a flexible full-time schedule and a competitive compensation structure to support your success. Base Pay for Entry-Level candidates is $37,440 annually ($18/hour) Base Pay for Experienced candidates is $50,000 annually. With our competitive commission structure, you have the potential to earn an additional $6,000 - $25,000+ in commissions based on performance.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience is required.
  • Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required. We will provide and pay for all training and licensing for the right candidate!
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Motivated and determined to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to develop insurance quotes and close sales.
  • Engage in cold calling and telephone prospecting to generate new leads.
  • Issue insurance documentation, such as Certificates of Insurance (COI) and ID cards.
  • Process policy changes and updates.
  • Assist clients in shopping renewals and finding the best coverage options.
