Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in computer applications and data entry.

A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office setting.

Proven sales experience.

Greet clients warmly and assist them with their inquiries, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.

Provide clear explanations of insurance policies, coverage options, and billing details.

Process policy changes, payments, and new applications accurately and efficiently.

Assist in resolving client concerns and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members or department.

Maintain organized client records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth client experience from initial contact through policy issuance.
