Job Overview

The Renewal Specialist plays a key role in shaping the client experience at WeadCo Insurance—bringing a proactive, relationship-driven approach to every renewal. This position goes beyond simply reviewing policies; it’s about helping clients feel confident, cared for, and well-protected as their needs evolve.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the farm & ranch and personal lines renewal process—getting ahead of renewals, identifying opportunities to strengthen coverage, and guiding clients with clarity and confidence. You’ll help ensure every account is structured well, competitively priced, and aligned with what matters most to the client.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active insurance license, or willingness to obtain licensing in a timely manner
  • Experience in personal lines insurance required
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently lead client conversations
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and take initiative
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Ability to adapt and build processes within a growing and evolving environment
Responsibilities
  • Proactively review farm & ranch and personal lines policies prior to renewal
  • Evaluate coverage, premiums, and overall account structure for each client
  • Identify opportunities to improve coverage, reduce risk, and enhance value
  • Remarket accounts when appropriate to ensure competitive pricing and coverage
  • Identify and act on opportunities to round out accounts through additional policies or coverages
  • Communicate directly with clients to present recommendations, explain changes, and guide decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and thoughtful communication
  • Monitor renewal activity to ensure timely follow-up and completion
  • Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and consistency within the renewal workflow
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience
