Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy with familiarity using CRM systems and sales tools.

  • Associates/Bachelors Degree (We also consider successful work experience)
  • Property & casualty insurance license (Will consider the right candidate)
Responsibilities
  • Close Sales: Respond to inbound calls/leads, conduct consultations, and close sales to meet personal and team goals.
  • Prospect Warm Leads: These are clients that have quoted with our agency providing significant opportunities.
  • Well Networked: Our team members should be well networked or able to convert industry professionals into referral partners.
  • Multiline Focus: Our team is a leading agency in home insurance production. With great carriers and referral partnerships you will thrive in this area as well.
  • Work with the Team: Collaborate with colleagues to share strategies, improve techniques, and ensure collective success.
  • Stay Accountable: Consistently track your performance and actively work to exceed targets, holding yourself accountable to the highest standards.
