Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree in business or a related field being advantageous.

Experience: Previous administrative experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.

Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with office management software, including MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Customer Service: A strong customer service orientation, with an ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly regarding insurance policy documentation and customer information.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Responsibilities

Office Support: Provide administrative assistance to the insurance sales team, supporting daily operations.

Client Assistance: Assist clients with their inquiries, documentation, and processing insurance claims.

Scheduling: Arrange meetings and appointments for the insurance sales team and clients.

Data Management: Maintain and organize client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications to ensure efficient information flow.

Document Preparation: Prepare and update insurance documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
