Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must have an active Kentucky Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related sales environment.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Motivation: Self-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets and grow within the company.

Problem Solving: Ability to assess client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.

Team Spirit: Cooperative and willing to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized solutions.

Lead Management: Promptly follow up on leads generated through various channels to expand client base.

Insurance Advising: Offer informed guidance on insurance products, including auto, home, and life insurance, to address individual client requirements.

Sales Processing: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth client experience.

Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Continuous Improvement: Commit to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry changes and new insurance products.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members in a hybrid environment to support company initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
