• Performance Targets: Meet and exceed established monthly business production goals and revenue objectives.
• Client Advisory: Build long-term trust by assessing risk and delivering tailored insurance solutions that protect clients' assets and families.
• Account Management: Process policy modifications efficiently and maintain meticulous, accurate records of all client communications and sales pipeline activity.
• Service Excellence: Ensure a premium client experience by providing prompt, professional, and empathetic customer service.
• Professional Development: Actively participate in continuous training and skill-advancement programs hosted by the agency and the District Trainer.

Licensing & Compliance:

• Active Licensing: Must possess a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) general lines license.
• Background Check: Successful completion of a standard background check is required prior to employment.

Professional Capabilities:

• Sales Aptitude: A proven track record of success in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Outbound Engagement: Complete comfort and proficiency with outbound sales prospecting and cold-calling.
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, articulate value, and ethically influence a diverse clientele.
• Core Traits: High self-motivation, strong problem-solving abilities, and a coachable mindset receptive to ongoing professional development.
• Note: Prior knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is highly advantageous, though not strictly required for candidates with strong transferable sales experience.
