In this role, you’ll connect with clients by phone and in person to provide personalized insurance solutions including auto, home, life, commercial, and more. You’ll focus on growing and managing a strong client portfolio while developing valuable sales, leadership, and business development skills.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay motivated, organized, and work effectively in both independent and team environments
  • Coachable mindset with a desire for continuous growth and professional development
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bilingual( preferred not required)
Responsibilities
  • Educate clients on insurance solutions including auto, home, life, business, and specialty coverages.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding coverage needs and providing personalized service.
  • Present coverage recommendations, assist with policy updates, and respond to client questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products, and compliance guidelines.
  • Work closely with team members to support agency growth and achieve performance goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs focused on sales, leadership, and business growth skills.
